i have been going to the sterling store since it opened i was literally surprised t when emily blew dried my hair and said ok your done . i usually get the vip haircut but it was never offered to me but was to others maybe im just to old

I've been taking my kids to sports clips for the last couple years. I normally have a good experience and that's why I pay more money and go there than go to other barbers that charge less. Well today will be my last day. The door says they close at 5pm. We walked in at 3pm and were told they had 2 people on the way and they weren't taking anyone else. My son's hair literally takes 10 minutes. We are always in and out because there's nothing to it. The people that were on their way weren't even in the parking lot yet so we would have been almost done before either got there. I just think taking your last client 2 hours earlier than your hours say is ridiculous. Especially when it was for a back to school hair cut and we have given them enough business.

Went and got my hair cut today and didn't catch the girls name but did an amazing job and took her time unlike most people who just try to rush
